煤矿避难硐室建设方式及其发展趋势研究

摘要:

通过解读国家文件,了解专用钻孔和专用管路应用于避难硐室的发展轨迹,阐述《关于加快推进煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设的通知》对于避难硐室建设方式的调整,分析了对于该文件的解读误区,指出采用专用钻孔或者钻孔管路方式的避难硐室是否完全不再配置高压氧气瓶、有毒有害气体去除和温湿度调节装置,还需要根据矿山具体情况来确定,从地域划分《关于加快推进煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设的通知》对于避难硐室建设产生的影响以及未来建设走向。

Abstract:

After the interpretation of the "Notice on Accelerating The Construction of Emergency Chamber for Coal Mine", understanding the development of the adoption of special drilling and dedicated line to refuge chamber, elaborating adjustments for refuge chamber construction way in the notice and analyzing the misunderstandings of the file, this paper points out whether the refuge chamber which adopting special drilling or dedicated line, doesn’t need to adopt devices of high-pressure oxygen bottles, toxic and harmful gas removal, or temperature and humidity adjusting device; it needs to be decided based on the conditions of mines. Besides, We need to distinguish the effect of the Notice on refuge chamber construction and its prospect in accordance with geographical location.
